Hello and welcome….
Attica Design Studio was founded by me, Lydia Albert in 2022 after completion of my Diploma in Interior Design through the Interior Design Institute. I started my career as a small animal veterinarian and thoroughly enjoyed this for 15 years, but after completing the build of our dream home, I loved the experience so much that I launched into a career in interior design.
Being located in regional NSW, I aspire to bring the advantages of residential interior design to local clients in the Sunraysia area. I strongly believe in the beauty of great design and love seeing how clients are empowered and uplifted by bettering their home environment. There is no doubt that beautiful spaces enhance our lives. I enjoy getting to know clients and their families (fur babies included!), and I like to take the time to understand their lifestyles to ensure I design spaces that meet their requirements. Being a mother to two young boys, I also understand the importance of functionality and practicality when designing homes.
Having had first hand experience of being both the designer and the client, I understand how essential clear communication is and ensure all documentation is visual and comprehensive for clients and trades alike.
